Twinkle Twinkle

It looks like something fell from above and hit her on her head. Now she is either looking for that fallen object or she is seeing something strange and mysterious in the reachable distance. When I look at the background, it makes me think that she gained consciousness for a few moments in the dream world where few ever get to venture; that world where people dream while they're asleep. Now she has access to some very personal information, except she's not fully aware of where she is at or the powers that are there.  It is a very nice picture; that is serene and enchanted.  I would like it if you could give me some story on this picture.  Nice Work!
